David B. Gallup was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1979 after five years of teaching, and admitted to the U.S. District Court in 1980. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University and a law graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio and all local bar associations, where he has been a member of the Ethics Committee, co-chair of the Lawyer-Client Relations Committee (which governs fee dispute resolution), chair of the Lawyer Referral Service Committee and a Trustee. Although Mr. Gallup is a generalist, he has developed a concentration in general contract and commercial litigation, and consultation for individual and small business clients, with a special concentration in real estate, probate and title litigation practice. He also maintains a considerable practice in consumer protection, personal injury and attorney malpractice. From 1981 through 1988 he was the prosecutor and assistant law director for the City of Macedonia.
